This leadership programme offers an opportunity to broaden your leadership experience with topics and learning exercises that invite personal insight and development. The course has been carefully curated- designed to inspire, challenge, celebrate and evolve your capacity for effective leadership. The learning approach is pragmatic and action orientated with exercises that can be tried and tested in the work place. The programme is embedded within an integral coaching framework and guided by the principles of appreciative enquiry and positive psychology.

Format:
This is a five month online training programme comprising 10 modules.
Each module includes learning objectives, video instruction, learning activities, reflection points and supplementary readings. Learners are encouraged to complete two modules per month, setting aside 2 hours per module and 10 hours of face- to- face coaching.
